Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with CLIA compliance requirements.
• Minimum of four years of progressively responsible and related experience.
• CLS and PA (ASCP) Pathologist Assistant certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises laboratory personnel performing routine and specialized procedures.
• Plans daily lab operations and staffing to meet customer needs.
• Maintains QA/QC programs and regulatory compliance (CAP, JCAHO, state/federal).
• Oversees payroll, performance appraisals, hiring, transfers, and onboarding.
• Ensures equipment maintenance and inventory control.
