Job summary

Foremost Farms USA is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee daily lab operations, ensuring accurate testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. You will ensure GLP compliance, safety, and regulatory adherence while providing leadership and direction to the laboratory team.

Reporting to the Food Safety and Quality Assurance structure, you will oversee test data accuracy, manage equipment, train technicians, and participate in audits and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a food manufacturing lab with GLPs and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to interact with cross-functional teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lab operations and ensure timely testing of materials and products.
• Maintain GLP compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise lab technicians and coordinate training and staffing.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and QA teams on audits and investigations.
• Develop and validate new testing methods and equipment protocols.
