Reporting to the Laboratory Director, the Lab Supervisor is responsible for specimen flow, processing, and testing. The supervisor will perform as a technologist, assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, and perform or designate quality control testing. This role is the "go-to" person for problem resolution and consultation. No supervision is required.
Required: Bachelor’s degree; Registered MT (MLS) (ASCP) or eligible.
Required: 3-5 years of clinical laboratory experience.
