Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Laboratory Section Supervisor to lead the Laboratory team across sections, ensuring high quality analytic testing and compliance. You will manage staff, schedules, and instrument performance within a CAP/CLIA framework.

The role requires MLS/MT certification, a Bachelor’s degree, and prior supervisory experience in a clinical laboratory, with a focus on quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Travel is Required to Tinley Park and JolietThe Supervisor Lab – Sections coordinates all activities of technical and/or non-technical functions of the department under the supervision of the department Manager/Director. Maintains specified medical laboratory equipment performance by establishing quality standards; developing operations, quality, and troubleshooting procedures; certifying instrument performance; arranging equipment replacement, service, and repair. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
