• Phlebotomy and Training: collect blood samples across age groups and assist with training.
• Laboratory Testing and Analysis: perform CLIA-waived or moderately complex tests under supervision.
• Departmental Workflow and Operations: support efficient daily operations and seek help when needed.
• Equipment and Inventory Maintenance: document maintenance and track reagents and supplies.
