Responsibilities

• Receive, log, sort and assign accession numbers and maintain identifying numbers.
• Specimen entry, labeling specimens and slides and printing cassettes.
• Scanning and verifying documents.
• EH billing
• Maintain safe work environment
• Follow established safety guidelines
• Promote supportive departmental communication with customers and employees
• Know acceptance and rejection of specimens
• Maintain department inventory of supplies and equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned
