Job summary
Omnissa is seeking a Technical Solution Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in VDI and cloud platforms. In this position, you will manage and enhance internal lab environments critical for product validation and solution testing. Your responsibilities will include performing Day 2 operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring environments match real-world customer scenarios.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with VMware Horizon, cloud infrastructure, and strong troubleshooting skills. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including employee ownership and health insurance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in VDI, endpoint management, or enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with VMware Horizon / Omnissa Horizon platforms.
- Experience with multi-cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage internal lab environment supporting Omnissa solutions.
- Perform Day 2 operations across lab infrastructure.
- Administer and troubleshoot Workspace ONE components.
