The role covers building data models, pipelines, and APIs to integrate instrument data, with experience in Python/C# and ELN/LIMS. Open to multiple levels and offering a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology, Computational Biology, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#.
• Familiarity with lab workflows, data, and ELN/LIMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software to interact with lab instruments and capture data.
• Build scalable pipelines for automated processing of instrument data.
• Define data models/schemas for experimental samples and data with cross-functional teams.
• Develop APIs and tools to aggregate data for analysis and visualization.
• Configure and manage LIMS/ELN systems as part of the workflow.
