Job summary

Xaira Therapeutics seeks a Lab Software Engineer to join a cross-disciplinary data and bioinformatics team, building software that accelerates therapeutic discovery. You will interact with AI scientists, lab scientists, and drug discovery experts to design and deploy data-centric systems.

You will develop software to interface with lab instruments, create scalable data pipelines, and define data models for experimental samples, with APIs and LIMS/ELN management support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology, Computational Biology, or related field.
• Proficient in Python and/or C# with ability to develop data-centric software.
• Experience integrating lab instruments and data with ELN/LIMS systems.
• Knowledge of data models for scientific samples and SQL data design.
