Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily testing workflows, QC, and proficiency testing to ensure fast, accurate results.
• Maintain compliance with CLIA and hospital accreditation standards; address deficiencies.
• Hire, train, and supervise qualified technical staff and supervisors.
• Advise physicians on interpreting complex test results and diagnostic procedures.
• Manage departmental budgets, equipment acquisition, and validate new testing methods.
