Job summary

Gromelski and Associates, Inc. is seeking a part-time Lab Attendant to support the lab on Fridays from 6:30am to 4:30pm. You will secure the lab, greet visitors, and help enforce security procedures to protect sensitive equipment and information.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook and strong communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.
• Part-time Friday schedule 6:30am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Secure the lab and monitor access.
• Greet and escort guests throughout the lab.
• Support program and site security as required.
• Ensure visitor security paperwork is complete.
• Maintain lab visitor forms and security access records.
• Update the lab movement of parts in the web-based tool.
• Coordinate lab tours with security and other staff.
• Ensure electronic devices are not brought into the lab.
