Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) in Lancaster, PA is seeking a full-time Lab Sample Entry Technician to interpret and enter client samples into the computer system, manage large projects, and maintain client files with quotes and orders.

You will deliver rush samples to technical centers, apply GMP/GLP standards, and assist in training within the department, contributing to accurate data handling and efficient lab operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Computer skills, including data entry.
• Professional working proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility.
• Project management of client projects; liaison between project manager and Sample Registration.
• Delivery of rush samples to appropriate technical centers.
• Maintain client files containing quotes, purchase orders, and incoming sample activity records.
• Read, understand, and carry out standard operating procedures; follow safety precautions.
• Unpack sample kits and coolers received at lab.
• Provide training assistance within department to new/current employees.
