The University of Utah is seeking Research Technicians to support a fast-paced biomedical research team in Ophthalmology-Research. Positions range from I to IV, with responsibilities including preparing media, maintaining equipment, recording data, and assisting experiments under supervision.

Standard hours are 40 per week, with day shifts and a full-time, benefited staff appointment. Entry-to-senior levels welcome, with equivalency options for related experience.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in complex lab techniques, equipment, and scientific terminology.
• Skilled in statistical analysis and report preparation.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Willingness to work with mice.

Responsabilidades

• Entry-level to IV responsibilities for supporting multiple research technicians.
• Perform various support tasks assisting scientific research team with tests and experiments.
• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain lab instruments and equipment.
• Gather and record research data and keep detailed logs of experiments.
