The Biology Department at the College of Arts and Sciences, University of Kentucky, seeks a motivated Research Coordinator to join the Belin Laboratory. You will support launching and sustaining a collaborative research program, coordinating equipment, inventory, meetings, and safety in a dynamic team environment.

The role offers opportunities to contribute to innovative research projects, including independent work up to half of your time as directed by the PI.

Qualifications

• MS degree required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Belin Laboratory research program activities and logistics.
• Organize and maintain research equipment and inventory; schedule lab meetings and events.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of all lab areas; coordinate material transfers with outside groups.
• Contribute to team projects and may conduct independent research up to 50% of total effort at the PI's discretion.
