Job summary

Vibrantz Technologies in Penn Yan, NY, is seeking a Lab R&D Technician to support laboratory development activities and pilot-scale manufacturing for CMP slurry products. You will perform formulation, testing, and documentation in cleanroom and manufacturing settings.

The role contributes to product development, process scale-up, quality evaluation, and continuous improvement while adhering to safety and operating standards. A high school diploma is required with basic lab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must follow written procedures and SOPs.
• Basic understanding of laboratory safety, PPE, and chemical handling.
• Ability to accurately document data and maintain records.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process slurry formulations at lab, pilot, and production scales.
• Conduct product testing and analyze material performance and quality.
• Operate cleanroom and processing equipment while maintaining safety and contamination control.
• Document processing parameters, test results, and batch information for traceability.
• Support troubleshooting and scale-up activities across cross-functional projects.
