MUHA seeks a Laboratory Quality & Safety Program Coordinator to support a culture of safety within the department. You will round in labs, track data, and develop recommendations to improve safety for staff and patients.

In this role you will assist in overseeing quality evaluations, ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, and coordinate CAP accreditation activities with the division leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Three years of relevant program management or healthcare experience.
• Preferably with quality and safety emphasis.

Responsabilités

• Direct rounding in 5 labs to ensure quality and safety.
• Track data and trends to improve employee and patient safety.
• Assist with monitoring, coordination and implementation of CAP regulatory standards.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in accreditation readiness and inspections.
• Collaborate with senior lab staff to sustain laboratory quality.
