The University of Rochester is seeking a Quality and Compliance professional to support UR Medicine Labs. You will ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, coordinate audits, and monitor quality programs across the division.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience; laboratory familiarity is preferred. You will collaborate to implement CAPA plans and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2 years of clinical, quality, or management experience
• Laboratory experience and/or familiarity with the regulatory environment preferred

Aufgaben

• Monitors Quality Assurance and Compliance Program for UR Medicine Labs and affiliates.
• Coordinates internal audits, audit reports, and corrective actions.
• Monitors regulatory requirements and industry standards to inform compliance.
• Supports CAPA and quality improvement initiatives across the department.
• Ensures document management and records are maintained per policy and guidelines.
