Job summary

LifeServe Blood Center in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a part-time Product Management Technician / Driver to handle orders, inventory, and the delivery of blood products to hospital partners. This role supports timely shipping, quality control, and excellent customer service for hospital customers across the region.

Shifts include Monday–Friday with rotating on-call evenings and weekends. A high school diploma is required; prior product delivery experience and a valid driver license with clean MVR

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of previous experience in product delivery preferred.
• Current driver's license and motor vehicle record meeting mandatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution/product management tasks according to established policy and SOP.
• Perform highly standardized work using established processes.
• Perform review of distribution, component modification and equipment related documentation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document problems that may influence the quality or completion of shipping and component manufacturing.
• Assist with writing, review, and evaluation of SOPs.
• Assist with validation of new equipment and processes.
