Qualifications

• Associate's degree OR high school diploma with 2 years' related experience.
• Experience in clinical laboratory settings or similar environments.
• Ability to read specimen labels and work with numbers to prevent mislabeling.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-analytic specimen processing and operate lab equipment.
• Enter information and test orders into the laboratory computer system and respond to lab queries.
• Ensure correct patient identification and documentation, resolving pre-analytic issues.
