Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years direct operator/technician experience.
• 3 years Process Technician I experience or equivalent.
• Kiln operations experience a plus.
• Lab testing and equipment experience a plus.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal oxides and organic chemicals for production.
• Support casting activities: weigh, mix, cast, sort green tape.
• Mount wafers on glass/wax for dicing into chips.
• Independent data entry into control charts and SAP.
• Follow safety, quality procedures, and work instructions.
• Maintain clean lab and production areas in excellent order.
