NAM Info Inc. seeks an Associate Systems Engineer – Lab Systems & OT Security to strengthen security posture across global lab sites.

The role focuses on NAA remediation, software governance, vulnerability management, and USB data transfer controls, while coordinating with IT/OT teams for secure lab operations. The candidate will work across AD, endpoint security, and lab instrument environments, engaging with Business System Owners and lab staff to implement security controls and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years in IT/OT systems engineering or lab support.
• Experience with AD OU management, GPOs, and service accounts.
• Experience securing endpoints and coordinating remediation activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in NAA remediation and password reset workflows across lab IT/OT environments.
• Support software allowlisting and policy-based software controls on lab workstations.
• Assist in vulnerability management, patching cadence, and OS remediation for lab PCs.
• Help implement USB data transfer controls and tiered restriction policies.
• Coordinate with global site partners and document configurations and inventories.
