Qualifications

• Knowledge of laboratory quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with CLIA requirements and BSL-2 operations.
• Ability to conduct routine audits and track corrective actions.
• Experience maintaining training records and destruction certificates.
• Strong organizational skills for preventive maintenance and inventory.
• Knowledge of property and asset management in labs.
• Experience with electronic quality management systems.
• Coordinate staff training and onboarding documentation.
• Basic microbiology and molecular lab procedures knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine audits to ensure practices follow policies and procedures.
• Update and maintain documents, forms, and training records.
• Audit branch quality management systems and select agent compliance.
• Review CLIA compliance and laboratory requirements.
• Maintain equipment inventory and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate training administration and onboarding documentation.
• Assist in property accounting and records management.
• Manage lab and office equipment property across the branch.
• Prepare records for destruction with proper certificates.
