Job summary

Crinetics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Lab Operations Technician to support daily laboratory facilities operations, ensuring equipment functionality, supply availability, and compliance with safety protocols.

You will collaborate with scientists, vendors, and internal teams to maintain a safe, organized lab environment. The role requires 4+ years in lab operations or facilities support, strong organization, and knowledge of EHS guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in laboratory operations or facilities support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Knowledge of EHS guidelines and hazardous material handling.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in asset tracking software and PC-based computing (Windows).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with scientists, vendors, and safety personnel to enhance lab efficiency.
• Maintain safe and functional lab environment with facilities/EH&S.
• Support daily lab operations and uphold lab standards.
• Maintain and organize all laboratory areas and equipment.
• Schedule instrument preventive maintenance, calibration, and service.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
