Job summary

Eurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics in Centennial, CO is hiring a Laboratory Support Associate to manage pre-analytical specimen handling, receiving reagents in LabVantage, and overall inventory control. You will also handle post-analytical tasks, assist with routine operations, and support client interactions to resolve inquiries.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, 0–2 years’ experience, and adherence to safety and quality policies.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience.
• New to the clinical laboratory testing environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-analytical processes within the life cycle of the laboratory specimen: collection, packaging, shipping, receiving, processing, tracking, and archiving.
• Receiving and storing reagents in the facility and in LabVantage.
• Inventory management.
• Post-analytical processes, including sample disposition and archive sendouts.
• Interfaces with Eurofins DPT clients to resolve specimen inquiries and requests.
• Supports changes in services, processes, and policies to enhance pre-analytical efficiencies.
• Adheres to all regulatory and accrediting requirements.
• Assists department as needed with routine operations.
