Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Lab Operations Specialist for a prominent client. This on-site role is located in Philadelphia, PA, and starts at $35.97-$41.01 per hour on a 1-year contract basis.

You will maintain equipment inventories, evaluate equipment, manage vendor contracts, coordinate preventative maintenance, calibrations, repairs, and support procurement and safety systems while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of professional experience.
• Associates or Bachelor\'s degree required.
• Experience with lab supplies procurement preferred.
• Experience training/new employees.
• Experience with project management and vendor management preferred.
• Experience in an R&D environment required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate equipment inventories.
• Evaluate laboratory equipment functionality.
• Manage vendor service contracts and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate calibrations, certifications, and repairs.
• Support procurement and safety systems; ensure PPE availability.
