Responsibilities

• Help clients complete required submission forms and direct questions to appropriate sections
• Process mail and manage submissions and reports; monitor email inbox
• Coordinate with lab sections for sample handling, labeling, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, QA/QC, and regulatory requirements for packing and shipping
