• Collaborates with HR and managers to ensure staffing and retention.
• Advances retention strategies and manages the disciplinary process when needed.
• Facilitates annual performance reviews and onboarding of new staff.
• Manages labs facilities to ensure safe, efficient patient care operations.
• Develops budgets and monitors monthly financial performance.
• Leads quality improvement and compliance initiatives.
