CordenPharma Colorado is seeking a Lab Manager to oversee daily operations of the Development Laboratory, ensuring high efficiency and GMP compliance to meet timelines. This role bridges lab staff with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.

The position requires a BS in Chemistry with extensive analytical lab management experience, plus strong leadership, safety, and procurement capabilities to maintain equipment and inventory. On‑site Boulder, CO facility offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or related scientific field plus 6 years analytical pharmaceutical experience or equivalent.
• Current knowledge of laboratory equipment and hands-on lab management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day lab activities ensuring equipment maintained and qualified; lead 6S/lean lab efforts.
• Hire, train, mentor, and supervise lab administrators ensuring high performance and safety compliance.
• Manage laboratory inventory and budget, replenish reagents and supplies to prevent downtime.
• Lead Lab Safety Programs including chemical hygiene, waste disposal, and safety training.
