Job summary

CordenPharma is seeking a detail-oriented QC Chemist for its Boulder, CO site. The role involves performing in-process, raw material, and final product analyses to support development and manufacturing activities, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.

You will operate a range of analytical instruments, maintain safety and quality systems, and train junior staff while ensuring timely laboratory results and proper documentation in LIMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related science field and two years’ laboratory experience.
• Ability to train others and contribute to GMP/GLP compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with team and management.

Responsibilities

• Run standard and advanced analyses of in-process, raw material, and final samples.
• Perform qualitative/quantitative tests using varied analytical instrumentation.
• Maintain lab housekeeping and safety policies (GLP/GMP/5S).
• Mentor and train junior chemists as needed.
• Ensure timely reporting and data integrity in LIMS and related systems.
