Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Manufacturing Operations or equivalent physical environment.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma applied to R&D/prototyping environments.
• Proficiency reading/creating dashboards and defining metrics.
• Ability to communicate in ‘Hardware’ vs ‘Software’ language to diagnose issues.
• Understanding the difference between firmware bricks and mechanical failures.

Responsibilities

• Own daily lab rhythm; optimize space, equipment scheduling and workflow.
• Be KPI owner for Floor Productivity: uptime, utilization, MTTR.
• Instill 5S and Lean in lab environments for consistent tools and processes.
• Incorporate feedback from operations to other teams for clear next steps.
• Foster a safety-first culture and ensure safety protocols are followed.
