Job summary

You will ensure staffing, approved processes, and systems are in place to meet commitments to customers while balancing needs of customers, employees, and the company. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least 3 years in a related field, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and adaptability in a fast-growing food safety and AgSciences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and/or minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute daily laboratory operations to ensure resources are effectively scheduled to deliver on customer commitments in a way that is compliant with the quality system, established protocols and procedures and corporate policies.
• Ensure client results are analyzed and approved by qualified individuals within established turnaround times, with traceability and documentation requirements met.
• Develop staff by providing meaningful and constructive feedback, manage training and performance reviews, and develop staffing plans and succession strategies.
