Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services seeks a lab technician to support animal health product development by preparing media, buffers, and laboratory solutions. The role emphasizes accurate pipetting, aseptic technique, and meticulous documentation in a hands-on lab setting.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related science and the ability to work independently or in teams in a dynamic R&D environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related science discipline.
• Skilled in high-volume, accurate pipetting and liquid handling.
• Familiar with aseptic techniques and contamination control practices.
• Knowledge of lab solution preparation and documentation requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and learning agility.
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare media, buffers, and laboratory solutions per procedures.
• Perform precise pipetting and liquid handling to support preparation.
• Assist bioreactor setup, assembly, preparation, and operation for lab-scale processes.
• Maintain sterile conditions using aseptic techniques and prevent contamination.
• Document batch records and electronic notebooks accurately.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines in all tasks.
