Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, organizational behavior, marketing, or related behavioral science.
  • Less than 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience managing research assistants and lab operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manages recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and oversight of RF-CDR Labs staff.
  • Oversees recruitment for Campus, Virtual and Pop-Up Labs and RF-CDR programs.
  • Provides project management for research conducted in RFCDR Labs, overseeing full study life-cycle.
  • Maintains training in research ethics and IRB records for team and participants.
  • Maintains and analyzes operational datasets and budget records for the Labs.
  • Oversees procurement and inventory, materials, equipment, and supplies for faculty research projects.
  • Supports RF-CDR Center and Labs meetings and administrative tasks.
