UF ECE Ambassadors seeks a Scientific Laboratory Manager to lead a microbiota-focused research lab. The role includes supervising students and staff, maintaining safety compliance, and coordinating with the PI on grants and publications.

The position covers data management, budget oversight, and regulatory coordination, with possible international field considerations. Strong molecular biology and QC skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience. Appropriate college course work may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain laboratory operation and safety compliance.
• Supervise research activities and train staff and students.
• Manage invoices, purchasing, and budgets for funded research.
• Coordinate with the PI on grants, publications, and data management.
• Coordinate international clinical studies and regulatory documents.
