Qualifications

• 1+ year in a leadership or mentoring role.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and develop a small team of lab technicians/coordinators.
• Set priorities, assign work, and ensure quality and consistency.
• Conduct performance reviews and development conversations for direct reports.
