Apple Inc. is seeking an Electronics Lab Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our EE lab operations, enabling engineers to design, test, and iterate on next-generation Apple products.

What You'll DoYou will own the full lifecycle of our EE lab operations, from day-to-day management to strategic planning and infrastructure buildout. Your work will directly enable engineers to move faster and build better.Lab Operations & Asset ManagementOversee all aspects of EE lab operations including equipment, calibration, tools, materials, and device allocationTrack lab assets, maintenance schedules, and calibration compliance to keep everything audit-readyEnsure full compliance with lab certifications and location-specific requirementsChampion a culture of safety, security, and quality across all lab environmentsEquipment & ProcurementReview test equipment specifications alongside the engineering team and partner with vendors to gather quotes and submit purchase ordersAllocate EE benches and test equipment strategically based on project schedules and evolving team needsLab Setup & InfrastructureLead the setup and takedown of test stations and test racks as project needs demandCollaborate with Facilities teams on new lab buildouts from concept to completionEngineering SupportInterpret schematics and manage sourcing of quick-turn prototype boardsNavigate PCB layout files and author detailed rework instructions when neededSupport engineering program management with logistics for device troubleshooting and repairAnalyze and clearly present data using Excel or NumbersApply basic Python scripting to streamline lab workflows and reportingCross-Functional CollaborationPartner across multiple teams to drive results and remove obstaclesManage multiple competing deadlines without losing sight of quality or detailTravel as needed to support lab operations across sites
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $37.86 and $78.61/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
