Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a Lab Manager for the TEN Lab to lead IT support operations and incident response activities in a government-facing environment. You will be the first point of contact for user requests, manage tickets, and support provisioning across MacOS/iOS platforms.

The role requires DoD-level readiness, 5+ years in IT, and ability to collaborate across distributed locations. A BS degree or equivalent experience is required, with DHS suitability sought.

Qualifications

Requires 5+ years of directly relevant IT experience.
3+ years IT Helpdesk support experience and MacOS/iOS proficiency.
Active U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain DHS suitability; DoD security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as first level Help Desk for TEN Lab systems and accounts.
Assist new user setup of equipment, accounts and tools; create and maintain tickets.
Support lab staff with provisioning, inventory, and asset management activities.
