Innovative Cleaning Services, LLC. is seeking individuals for a role focused on cleaning and maintenance of laboratory facilities in Fremont, Nebraska. The position involves supervising cleaning activities throughout various areas of the building while ensuring compliance with established cleaning standards.

The ideal candidates will have experience in cleaning job sites and managing various cleaning tasks. Responsibilities include final cleaning of all surfaces, daily cleanup, and inspections of cleanliness.

• Perform daily cleanup and ensure work area is maintained.

Job description

• Provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete the work indicated herein and as directed by Graham site supervision. Note: most of this building is being utilized as a Laboratory and needs to be cleaned to those standards
• Final Cleaning all rooms including, but not limited to:
  
  

General Work Scope Inclusions

• Provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete the work indicated herein and as directed by Graham site supervision. Note: most of this building is being utilized as a Laboratory and needs to be cleaned to those standards
• Final Cleaning all rooms including, but not limited to:
  
  

▪ Wiping down all walls, doors, base boards

▪ Cleaning of all cabinetry

▪ Cleaning all floors

• Interior and exterior glass surfaces and windowsills
• In areas without ceilings (106, 111, 112. 113, 202, 203, 209, 227, 228, 229, 230, 231, 232) wipe down all ductwork, piping, lights, etc
• Clean all restrooms. Including polishing of Stainless-steel partitions, cleaning mirrors, lockers, showers, etc
• Power wash the exterior of the building, including sidewalks
• Final Cleaning shall be in accordance with Section 017700 of the Project Manual
• Daily cleanup of work and work area to dumpsters. Dumpsters provided by others
