Job summary

Antech Diagnostics in Daly City, CA is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician/Technologist to prepare samples, set up instruments, run tests, read and interpret results, and release final reports. The role requires an associates or bachelor's in medical technology or MLT; hematology experience is preferred.

You will perform QA and train across multiple areas including specimen processing, chemistry, hematology, UA, and coagulants.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in medical technology or MLT preferred.
• Clinical laboratory experience in Hematology preferred.
• Proficiency in at least three clinical areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples, set up instruments, run tests and read/interprets, and release results.
• Perform tests such as Parasitology, Hematology, Chemistry and Serology.
• Quality control per QA guidelines.
• Train in Specimen Processing, Chemistry, Hematology, UA, and Coagulant.
• Oversee entering and releasing results and read UA slides.
