Job summary
Syneos Health in Princeton seeks an experienced Laboratory Equipment Specialist II to maintain analytical systems and support routine operations. You will install, validate, and troubleshoot equipment, operate robotic samplers, and help interpret chromatographic data to ensure accurate results.
The role requires a science degree and strong computer skills (Word/Excel), with experience in regulated environments and English proficiency.
Qualifications
- Perform routine scheduled maintenance on analytical systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and configuration issues.
- Install and validate new analytical equipment per defined processes.
- Operate robotic equipment supporting sample analysis.
- Optimize analysis conditions of analytical systems.
- Verify accuracy of instrument components.
- Start analytical runs within required timeframes.
- Assist coordination and training of instrument users.
- Assist with interpretation of chromatographic results using software.
Responsibilities
- Maintain analytical systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Support instrument operations to maximize throughput.
- Assist with data interpretation and chromatogram revisions.
- Train instrument users and coordinate instrument access.
