Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Plano, Texas. This role involves performing preventative maintenance on lab equipment and handling work orders to minimize downtime. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on electro/mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year previous experience in industrial maintenance (electro/mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulics, servo drives, HVAC, etc.).
• Experience in manufacturing desired; optical industry knowledge a plus but not required.
• Must be able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Perform Preventative Maintenance on all equipment.
• Handle work orders to minimize production downtime.
• Service and maintain Edgers, Generators and Blockers.
• Identify issues and perform repairs.
