Job summary

Stanfordlivetickets is seeking an Installation Technician to perform electrical installations for research equipment and related assemblies under supervision. The role follows three levels distinguished by experience and supervision needs, from Installation Technician to Lead.

Under direction of a lead or staff, you will work with wiring lists and simple diagrams, adhering to safety practices and instructions, with progress reviewed as tasks are completed or in progress.

Qualifications

• The Installation Technician series describes technical work involving electrical installation of research equipment and components, and fabricating related equipment.
• Three levels exist with increasing familiarity with lab practices and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work on routine electrical installations under supervision.
• Assignments and instructions are provided verbally or in writing.
• Work is performed in conformance with safety practices.
