Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field is required.
• MT/MLS certification through ASCP or AMT is mandatory.
• West Virginia High Complexity Testing Personnel license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience, including 3 years in management.
• Master's degree in Clinical Laboratory Management is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical technology and management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to serve patients across all age groups effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe environment and infection control practices.

Responsibilities
