Job summary

GSK seeks a Lab Data Manager to deliver fit-for-purpose scientific data management solutions for R&D. You’ll design data handling, storage, and archiving to ensure data readiness for reuse, partnering with Quality, IT, QA, and Procurement to drive innovation and cost savings.

You will lead key activities to progress your career, with opportunities to influence data strategies and implement global standards while ensuring quality and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life science, engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in Laboratory.
• Knowledge in data management.
• Experience in Project management and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management projects end-to-end to bring value to R&D users.
• Define data strategy and standards with key stakeholders (Tech, QA, IT).
• Ensure training of users and testing of new data releases.
• Monitor performance via governance and metrics.
• Develop and maintain archiving and data management guidelines.
