Job summary

GSK in Cambridge, MA seeks a Lab Data Manager to deliver fit-for-purpose data management solutions for R&D. You will help design secure, reusable lab data formats and drive data strategy in partnership with Quality, IT, QA, and R&D platforms.

You lead end-to-end data projects, mentor teams, ensure governance and quality, and accelerate generation of scientific results while managing costs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life science, engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in Laboratory Knowledge in data management.
• Experience in Project management and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead key activities to progress your career with Lab data management.
• Define responsibilities and allocate resources across projects.
• Ensure training of MyLabData users and testing of releases.
• Analyze business needs and propose data strategy with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and explore risk-based solutions.
