Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a dedicated data entry professional for a full-time 3rd shift in Austin, TX. You will enter patient, client, billing and test information into the Laboratory Information System, supporting accurate and timely processing within a clinical lab environment.

You’ll work with PPE, follow safety and quality controls, and have opportunities to grow with a supportive team that values patient care, confidentiality, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous training or experience in specimen collection or processing.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including telephones, computers, centrifuges, and audible alarms.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient, client, billing and test information into the Laboratory Information System.
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement effective solutions.
• Work in a laboratory environment with biological hazards and PPE requirements.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
