Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking a Lab Data Specialist within SCHARP to help develop laboratory data pipelines, define data pipeline configurations, and document requirements for assay data handling across lab data teams.

The role leads the development and management of laboratory data standards, including data models for storage and inbound/outbound pipelines, and coordinates with CDISC analysts, programmers and statisticians to ensure data quality and reproducibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop laboratory data pipelines and define requirements for assay data pipeline configurations across lab data teams.
• Collaborate with external laboratories, SCHARP programmers, and statisticians to develop plans for examining data quality and to inform QC decisions.
• Serve as subject matter expert on laboratory assays and practices, supporting data processing and data standards.
