Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Laboratory Courier PRN to support the Reference Lab Operations-Diagnostics Institute at Independence West Creek. You will transport laboratory specimens and maintain vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries on your route.

This role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to work independently with flexible day/night rotations on a PRN schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include: High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to work independently and organize deliveries and pickups.
• Flexibility to work PRN as needed with day/night rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform pickup and delivery of laboratory specimens to designated areas.
• Use appropriate handling, storage and transportation methods.
• Perform daily, preventive maintenance of an assigned vehicle.
• Verify that delivery has been completed properly and signatures are obtained.
• Ensure all items are picked up and delivered and barcodes are scanned.
• Submit daily route sheets and maintenance records.
