Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Complaint Evaluation Laboratory Build-Out in Dublin, CA. This 8-month contract role requires coordinating cross-functional teams across technical, quality, regulatory, engineering, facilities, and IT to establish readiness, equipment, documentation, and processes.

You will manage the integrated schedule, governances, risk mitigation, and status reporting, driving on-time delivery and a smooth transition to operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in regulated environments.
• Experience developing integrated schedules and status reporting.
• Strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work with technical, quality, facilities, procurement, IT, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management for the laboratory build-out.
• Build out and maintain the integrated schedule and governance.
• Coordinate deliverables, decisions, risks, and changes.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and management communications.
• Identify critical-path activities and seek schedule accelerations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/partners.
• Support closeout and transition to routine operations.
