Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum five years of hands-on formulation and product development experience.
• Experience in consumer-packaged goods or automotive care industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into product designs and customer-driven innovation strategies.
• Develop and optimize formulations for differentiated performance and stability.
• Collaborate with raw material suppliers to research and create differentiated formulas.
• Design and execute formulation experiments, including stability studies.
• Provide support for scale-up from lab to manufacturing.
